Olivia Johnson Perdue

Overview

Olivia received her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2019. While at Cumberland, she served as the Student Bar Association liaison to the American Bar Association for two years and was a member of Cumberland’s National Arbitration Team. She was selected by the faculty to serve as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow. Olivia is admitted to practice in all state courts in Alabama and federal court for the Northern District of Alabama. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, and the Alabama Worker’s Compensation Organization. Prior to attending Cumberland, Olivia graduated from Auburn University in 2016 with a degree in Psychology and minor in Business Administration. She is a native of Muscle Shoals, Alabama.

In her free time, Olivia enjoys playing tennis, cycling, traveling, and spending time with her dogs, Pippa and Moe.
